Fitzroy Football Club joins in recognising life-long supporter and beloved member Lindsay Shaw who died peacefully on Wednesday 21 September surrounded by his loving family.

Born and bred in Fitzroy, Lindsay was known to us all for his endless supply of jokes, beautiful smile and sheer love of life, footy, and the Roys. We send our sincere condolences to the Shaw family, Lindsays son Stephen and wife Sue, his daughters Terri and Wendy, and grandchildren Stacee and Stevie who so often accompanied Lindsay to games home and away to see his beloved Roys, win, lose or draw.

Rest in peace Lindsay Shaw. You remain in our hearts and memories.

Lindsay will be laid to rest Monday 3 October from 10.30am at the Heidelberg Golf Club, 8 Main Road Lower Plenty, and afterwards at Watsonia RSL, 8 Morwell Street.
