Club President David Leydon and Senior Women’s Coach Nathan Jumeau, together with a number of FFC Senior Womens players, had the great pleasure of attending the Fitzroy Junior Football Club Girls’ after match function at the Fitzroy Bowls Club on Sunday night.

It was a celebration of all the magnificent Junior Roygirls who have gone on to both the AFLW and the Fitzroy Football Club Senior Women’s team.

There was some amazing football talent on the stage, including former Fitzroy Juniors now playing in the AFLW: Mollie Eastman and Ellie McKenzie for Richmond, Nell Morris-Dalton for Collingwood, and Rylie Wilcox for the Western Bulldogs (seen below on the right). 

They generously gave their time, answering questions and chatting to the young players, showing them the pathways forward for their young careers.
