Tickets have gone on sale for Fitzroy's event of the season...the Reds Ball 2017: Welcome to the Jungle.

The ball, which has a long tradition with the Fitzroy Reds, will this year be held at one of Melbourne's premier events venues, the Melbourne Zoo, on Saturday 15 July starting at 7.30pm.

Players, members, volunteers, family and friends are all invited to make this night something to remember.

The theme is open to your interpretation - if you think leopard skin shoes just give a hint of the jungle, then that's just fine. If you want to don some feathers, a suit of snake skin (all fake of course!) or a pith helmet, then you can do that too.

Make it colourful and make it fun (just don't hurt any animals in the process)…and remember there will be a prize for the best-dressed.

Your tickets include a four hour finger food and drinks package along with a DJ for the night.
